3 MiamiCentral will open soon with office, parking and retail, including a Publix. Here is what it looked like this week:

The royal poincianas should provide some good shade once they mature. Also, I hope those boring cobrahead and concrete pole streetlights are replaced.
Any timeframe on the opening of Publix. Just walked around the site and I see no activity/remodeling happening on the 1st floor. I work across the street and we can’t wait to have a Publix in walking distance!
