Photos: Soleste Grand Central Getting Closer To Completion With Cranes Now Removed

Downtown Miami’s Soleste Grand Central is on track for completion by the middle of next year, new photos show.

The $110 million project will bring Class A rental apartments to Overtown, near Brightline’s MiamiCentral hub.

Soleste Grand Central will have 360 apartments, with 6,500 square feet of retail and 2,250 square feet of office.

There will also be a parking garage with 438 spaces.

Developer The Estate Companies broke ground on the project in February 2019, and says completion is scheduled for Q2 2021.

Caymares Martin is the architect.

The two brightline towers are supposed to be over 900ft if they are still going to be built.

Yeah… I’ve been waiting for Liquid Lofts to start construction for so long that I’ve given up hope.

Yep.. and when they start on construction of the Legacy Tower, we’ll really see how serious downtown is.

Been nice to see this project go up. Going to be beautiful to see when its done driving North or South on 95.

Love the project but the back side of it is terrible with the blank walls! It may not be all panted but rather in the picture it’s painted or not it’s still going to look bad.

Agree completely and the view going north on 95 also has a lot of blank, white wall space.

Blank walls or ugly balconies thrown all over the façade, the entire project sucks.

I heard one time that the apartments were going to be affordable housing. Is that still the case?

Okay man, we get the point.

For real, these “winning” comments are tiresome. Everything isn’t some win-or-lose competition in life.

I too want to live feet from I-95.

Go ahead….

Plenty of people would rather be on this side of I-95, even if just by a block.
