Developer Jorge Brugo is pushing his proposal to build the Pi Art Tech and Trade Center ahead of a presentation to Miami Dade College next week.
Representatives told TNM that the developer believes his plan to build an Art Museum in collaboration with Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation will “create a trifecta of arts and culture facilities within walking distance of each other in Downtown, alongside Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and Adrienne Arsht Center.”
Soaring 1,100 feet high, the 2.2 million square foot mixed-used project will include:
Home of MDC Business School
Art Museum, in collaboration with Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation
820,000 square feet of office
210,000 square feet of luxury condos
68,000 square-feet of retail
State of the Art Gym & Pool
Pi Art Tech is one of four bidders that will formally present their proposals to Miami Dade College on March 18th.
