Plans have been submitted to Miami Beach’s Design Review Board for a 20-story luxury condo in North Beach.
The condo is tentatively named 72B.
Plans call for 125 condos, in a 239,424 square foot tower.
Lefferts is the developer.
The company is said to be planning a total of four residential developments in the area.
72 Park, a 22-story tower, is already under construction by Lefferts across from the 72B site.
Arquitectonica is the architect for both 72B and 72 Park.
Douglas Elliman is the exclusive Sales & Marketing agent at 72B. At 72 park, Cervera is the exclusive Sales & Marketing partner.
Groundbreaking for 72B is planned in 2024, with completion in 2027, according to a press release.
