Plans were filed recently for a three-tower Fort Lauderdale project called Nautica.
Nautica is planned as three towers, rising 50 stories (condos), 39 stories (rental apartments), and 32 stories (hotel).
The project is planned to include:
- 241 residential condo units
- 454 residential rental units
- 148 hotel keys
- marina, restaurant, ballroom, retail, cafe, and spa
- 1,568 parking spaces in a 9 level garage
Arquitectonica is the architect. Cymbal is the developer.
A hearing before Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee was scheduled for November 29.
