Plans Submitted For 141 Residential Units In Wynwood

Plans have just been revealed for another residential project in the Wynwood Norte area.

The project name is listed as either 35th Wynwood or Evolve Wynwood 35 in documents and plans submitted to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board.

Evolve Wynwood 35 is planned to rise 8 stories and include:

  • 141 residential units
  • 202 on-site parking spaces

Parking will be located on the ground floor through level 3. Residential units will partially screen the garage on level 2 and 3.

Kobi Karp is the architect.

Evolve Companies of North Carolina is the developer.

The UDRB hearing is scheduled for March 19.

Are they serious? Those pastels and that design?. It looks like a 1950’s version of Miami Vice

People’s balconies are literally over the swimming pool? They can jump directly into the pool. Ridiculous.

Living in wynwood is like living in a parking lot with no trees, no shade, and during the summer all the concrete radiates heat making it even hotter — you basically live on the surface of the sun. They turned something really nice and interesting into something truly miserable.

Met a New Yorker yesterday that just moved down here and is in Wynwood. He had the same complaints and it’s not even summer yet. Such great potential for that neighborhood. Hopefully we can get the old guard out and have better planning for residents before it’s too late.
