PMG’s 464-Unit Vice To Break Ground This Month

Construction will begin later this month for Vice, a 464-unit project on the former Empire World Towers site.

PMG principal Ryan Shear told The Real Deal that construction will begin by the end of April. It will take two years to complete, with leasing to begin in the first quarter of 2018.

One bedroom units will start at $1,800.

The developer has yet to reveal plans for the remainder of the site, but it is said to include 500 condo units in a 1,049-foot tower called 300 Biscayne.
