Publix Teams With Stiles on 282-Unit Residential Project In Coral Gables

A Coral Gables Publix will be replaced with a new 282-unit residential tower, if plans submitted by the grocery chain are approved.

Publix will remain at the site. As part of the project, Publix’s existing 43,000 square foot market at 2551 Le Jeune will be demolished and replaced with a more modern 57,000 square foot store, along with the 18-story residential tower.

Stiles, Inc. will develop the project with Publix. Stiles has partnered with Publix on several other new stores in Miami. Miami’s Wolfberg Alzarez is the architect.
