The developer of Quadro is advancing plans to build the mixed-use project.
On July 27, a permit application was submitted for total demolition of the former WPLG studios at 3900 Biscayne Boulevard. The building includes 52,889 of space over three stories. The permit has not been pulled yet.
On July 28, the developer visited Miami’s Planning Department for a permitting dry run for the new residential and retail project that will be built.
Quadro is planned to include 198 rental apartments and 28,000 square feet of commercial space.
