Quadro Miami Design District is reporting strong sales in the last month.
There were 30 units sold at Quadro in 30 days, the developer announced in a press release on November 1.
In total, 45 units have been sold in the building, a spokesperson for the developer said.
“Despite the pandemic and travel restrictions, these transactions clearly indicate that out of state and international buyers continue to invest in this market and want to have a home in South Florida.,” said Edgardo Defortuna, President, CEO and Founder of Fortune International Group, which is handling sales.
Quadro was completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, and launched sales in March.
A total of 198 residences were built in the 12-story complex with two buildings.
The building allows short term rentals, and offers 24-hour check-in, VIP concierge services, valet parking, pool attendant and towel service, as well as on-call maintenance. Buyers can choose from a selection of furniture packages designed for short-term rentals.
Also for sale: apartments that have already been rented to a long-term tenant.
Amenities include 500 one-of-a-kind art pieces and installations by Art with DNA, a poolside lounge with an indoor kitchen and bar, outdoor summer kitchen and cabanas, a fitness center with private yoga and cycling studios, a game room and conference center, electric car charging stations and a pet washing facility.
