The first residents at Brickell City Centre could be moving in within days.
The developer announced on Friday that they have obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the 390-unit Reach condo tower. The Rise condo tower will open in May.
The developer has sold 86 percent of units at Reach and 160 units at Rise.
Closings at Reach will begin within ten days. Units are being delivered move-in ready.
Swire also continues planning to begin construction on the second phase at the end of 2017, according to a release last week. It will include an 80-story, 1,049-foot mixed-use tower called One Brickell City Centre
