Very strategic location as NW 1 Ave is mid-block on NW 29 street, which is great for a “large” project such as this due to the fact that you can discharge your traffic from the parking lot to the major street of NW 29 street without having to impact the intersections of NW 2nd and Miami Avenue, which are usually backed up. its basically the last empty gateway to Wynwood, unless you consider the southern border(overtown) which i imagine is not a huge demand to build on “that” side.

Parking spots will be bigger than units. Of course this should be built without parking anyway.

however there is a rather large multi level parking deck as part of the project. going to be a tough sell considering they are dropping it right into the middle of the block with a bunch of old bungalows.
