Related Group Planning A 400-Foot Tower With 350 Micro-Condo Units Near MiamiCentral, With No Parking Onsite

A micro-condo tower that is around 40 stories tall is being planned by developer Related Group in downtown Miami, according to The Real Deal.

Site plan approval is expected in 45 days, Related VP Jon Paul Perez said.

The project will include 350 micro-sized condo units in a tower that will be approximately 400 feet tall.

Parking will be provided off site in a deal with the Miami Parking Authority.

Related acquired the 15,000 square foot assemblage of two properties at 225 and 233 North Miami Ave for $8.77 million.

Rovr Development is a partner on the project. The company is also developing the Parcel B rental tower directly across the street in partnership with the Miami Parking Authority, according to their website.

Great news. Hopefully the parking doesn’t involve any net new spaces.

Offsite parking is still parking

But it’s shared off site parking, where different users needing parking at different times share the garage! That is exactly the step in the right direction we need!

You are correct. Loft 3 never existed. Only I and II

Too bad, because Loft 3 looked like a far superior building to that cluttered crap sandwich known as Centro, even with parking at a time when Related/Arquitectonica made decent buildings.

I heard units start in the low 200’s. Not bad

Not bad, low 200’s is an option for people who want to own and live downtown but can’t afford 300k+ for 1/1. I wonder how much the HOA will be….

If there’s no garage, the maintenance will be lower than buildings that do. I bet it will be around.59 cents per month
