Related Removes Signage From One Brickell Site

Signs promoting Related Group’s One Brickell development were recently removed from the Brickell Avenue project site.

The approved project includes three towers, including condo and hotel space.

Last year, the developer had said they would likely launch sales in the third quarter of 2017, and were negotiating a hotel flag.

Related’s PR representatives have not yet responded to a request on the project status.

They will change the type of project……. this in not anymore a prime location for condos ….. it will be a mix office – hotel – commercial mega project ….. believe me 😉

What about their illegal sign they had on the Paraiso tower?

Good, sell it to a developer with Aston Martin Residences-tier ambition for what’s such a valuable site. Maybe Related can go back to Auberage.

Loved your comment. You actually made me laugh.
Although, yes, I do believe they are average on their design, composition and construction but they have literally transformed our city

Yes but not for the better.

They undoubtedly have caused the transition for the better. Their construction (design, composition, quality) though has been incredibly lackluster.

They did that before Irma. I wouldn’t mind it if that nice building were saved and they just flattened the ICE bldg instead.

Another one bites the dust.
This would have been a great addition to the area and our skyline.
I hope something else develops in that plot of land.
