It isn’t exactly the sales frenzy that was seen last year, but Related Group is still selling preconstruction condos at a healthy pace.
Related president Carlos Rosso told the WSJ that the developer is selling about 20 condo units in combined sales throughout Miami per week. That is down from 100 units per week last year.
At that rate, Related would average one 350-unit condo project in Miami every four months.
At Auberge, which was priced lower in order to spur sales, the developer has sold 70 out 350 units in the first two months.
Gil Dezer told the paper that he is selling six units per month at the Residences by Armani Casa, down from 20.
