In the Miami Design District, renderings of a mixed-use project including an office building have surfaced, designed by Oppenheim Architecture.
The property is now owned by Chinese billionaires Zhang Xin & Pan Shiyi, according to The Real Deal. They were previously the mortgage holder on the property.
Redsky Capital was the former owner of the property, and the developer who the renderings were prepared for. The company signed over the properties to their lender in September.
The property is now listed for sale by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to structural engineer DeSimone, the project would have had a 20-story office building and two levels of undergrounds parking, along with multiple floors of retail and restaurant.
