Reservations will soon be converted into contracts at Residences By Armani Casa In Sunny Isles, according to the project’s sales team.
The project was said to have been successful at attracting reservations this summer, prior to the collapse of the Russian economy. Unit prices started at $1.35 million for a two-bedroom condo, and went up to $5.6 million for a four-bedroom unit.
Buyers will need to put down 10% to convert to contract (in addition to their 10% deposit), with another 20% due at groundbreaking this Spring. Completion is scheduled for Summer 2017.
