Resorts World Miami’s historic Boulevard Shops finally has a tenant after years of sitting vacant.
Crystal Cruises, which was purchased last year by Genting Hong Kong, will open a “a chic dining experience, a bistro café, and cigar bar,” according to an invitation sent to Miami Today. There will also be a sales center for new “homes” that will be offered for sale on top of two new Crystal ships (each ship will have 48 units).
Crystal has outgrown a temporary Miami office which has 50 employees. The Herald reported that Crystal had signed for 40,000 square feet (the Boulevard Shops is only 20,000 square feet).
