Resorts World Spending Millions To Renovate Office Space At The Omni

Resorts World Omni, LLC filed a request last week for a construction permit to build out office space at The Omni.

According to the permit, the company is renovating a single floor of 24,550 square feet of space, at a cost of $2,148,125.

The renovated space is suite 500 at 1501 Biscayne Boulevard. That is the address listed as the headquarter for both Resorts World Bimini and Crystal Cruises. Last year, Crystal announced that it would lease 40,000 square feet of space, including a renovation of The Boulevard Shops (Genting owns both Resorts World and Crystal.)

Blufin Construction of Deerfield Beach is the contractor.
