Revealed: 65-Story E11even Hotel & Residences Planned With Rooftop Restaurant In Park West

The owners of the E11even 24-hour club and PMG have revealed plans to build a 65-story tower called E11even Hotel & Residences in Park West.

E11even Hotel & Residences will include:

  • 375 fully finished and furnished condo-hotel units
  • A “24/11” rooftop restaurant, bar and pool called Level 65
  • Spa by Deepak Chopra
  • Gourmet food hall
  • E11even day club and pool deck on the 11th floor, with 20,000 square feet spread over multiple floors

Sales are now underway, with conversion to contract scheduled to begin in February. Buyers can choose to live in their units or put them into a hotel program, the developer told the SFBJ.

Construction is expected to begin in late summer 2021.

E11even’s current club is across the street from where the new tower will be built, and Club Space is next door.

E11even Partners and PMG are the developers. E11even Partners is led by Michael Simkins, Marc Roberts, and Dennis DeGori.

Sieger Suarez is the architect.

This part of downtown Miami will be unrecognizable in five years.

I can’t even imagine what the pool scene will be like here.

This building is for all the tech bros moving here. Where else would you be able to take an elevator ride down from your home to get an overpriced lap dance? How can I become a tech bro?

You are so right bro

Lap dances is all downtown Miami has to offer? What about being able to leave your fully finished and furnished condo-hotel unit in this building and jumping on a Brightline train to spend a coupla days in Orlando?

Anonymous

Miami has so much to offer and the list grows by the minute. And Orlando isn’t on that list but we could amend it with it as an optional.

Anonymous

I’m talking about MiamiCentral where Brightline trains run out of downtown and that’s a BIG option.

I think they were referring to the music venue and club E11EVEN at the base of the building. Never been there before but apparently it has pole dancing.

Have you been to E11even? A place named exactly as the club is not counting on Brightline or anything else as a sales pitch. It’s lap dances and burlesque performers. Let’s not kid ourselves here…

Anonymous

yeah the guy who gets the hand job isn’t taking the bright line. lol

Anonymous

I’ve heard everything now. A place where you can get a lap dance and view burlesque performers is the main selling point that these developers are depending on for a building of this magnitude.. and it’s that simple.

Well I guess women (at least straight ones) won’t be living or staying here.

Park West will be the new and better Brickell❤️

Anonymous

Absolutely!

Anonymous

Look, Brickell is Brickell and nothing else will be Brickell. This is downtown Miami. But regardless, this entire area for miles will be woven into one seamless fabric.

Anonymous

Two completely different vibes. Brickell is more “classier” and calmer. Park West has the large nightclubs where you go get drunk. Especially if the government of Miami Beach turns it into a retirement community again, expect to see more nightlife action on this side of the bay. The DNA shouldn’t put up too much resistance because most of them are probably looking to move out and sell or rent their condo to a tech bro.

Anonymous

What do you think Wynwood is for? The Design District and Park West are the bookends containing it.

Anonymous

MB would be so much better that way

Anonymous

Miami Beach was once that way and fell into decay. History will only repeat itself if Miami Beach goes back into being a sleepy retirement town again.

Anonymous

They have a chance to make it happen, if it is well planned.

Another luxury hotel. I can’t wait for this one. This means it will be completed by 2024 or 2025 if construction is beginning in summer 2021. This looks like a very luxurious hotel and the pool deck looks more like a resort style pool with somewhat of a rock structure with cascading waterfall.

Anonymous

I doubt construction could begin this year.
The new Biden travel executive order that a year ago he called racist will kill tourism to Miami

If we can slow down the South African variant of the virus, more people will have immunity and it won’t be able to spread as far or as fast.

Don’t worry, pretty soon you’ll be hiding too. It’s coming. Heck, with open borders, killing ICE, amnesty and freedom for illegals, we’re all going to have to live in a bunker. You included. You’re so blinded by hate, you don’t see it.

You mean hiding like vice president Pence when Trumpters stormed the Capitol building in Washington DC looking for him to string his a$$ up on one of those noses they had ready?

No, that was blue checkmarks on Twitter in Commiefornia.

Don’t forget raising taxes across the board on the eve of an imminent recession. That ought to do it alone.

Anonymous

Well, we wouldn’t have to worry about rising taxes if people like you were to provide some free labor to clean up all the sh!t and p!ss that your fellow Trumpster Storm Troopers left in the Capitol Building in Washington DC.

It looks like a very very high tech building. With all of the displays inside the restaurants and clubs and the gigantic displayed by the pool on the 11th floor, those who love tech are going to love this. Besides, Miami mayor Francis Suarez is inviting some Silicon Valley companies to move down to Miami and after all Miami is about to become yet another big tech hub. So this hotel will definitely fit in. I’ll stay at this hotel even though I live in Miami. I got no problem with that. It is absolutely stunning. The 11th floor pool deck looks like it has rock rock structure built to look like a person. It might have cascading waterfalls which would be good for those who have children. I love the fact that every room is going to have floor to ceiling glass as well so there is a lot of natural light coming in. By the way the Megamall that’s going to go up near my house that’s supposed to open by 2025 if it happens, this is going to provide enough hotel room capacity along with other hotels in the pipeline.

Anonymous

Miami’s not going to be a significant tech hub in any way despite all the buzz around that, it lacks in many ways. Austin is the next major tech hub of the US as even HP, the founding company of silicon valley, is moving there. It’s better too that Miami not become a tech hub since it’s income inequality is already way out of control and the mayor would be an idiot to give all these incentives from taxpayer money to tech companies that are rich already and don’t even need them

Looking at all the comments, who said this would be geared to club clientele? Sounds like the owner is adapting to the changing neighborhood by diversifying his portfolio. The clubs will be redeveloped next, and move to Wynwood or Allapattah.
