We need the Metromover extension to Wynwood now..!!

Yes.. instead of focusing on Miami Beach, the powers that be could’ve extended the MetroMover years ago.

Right, because a looming overpass down a street destroying the potential for interaction is worth it for your free gloried electric minibus. Meanwhile, nothing about the realistic solution of adding a Coastal Link stop on a railroad that has been there for over 100 years.

Brightline will be building a station there in the near future I believe.

They should either extend the MetroMover or just tell the citizens of Miami that the whole thing is a useless failure and their not going to do anything else with it.

Love that this project is going up in southern Wynwood. Hoping the the area south of established Wynwood gets great projects all the way to 20th St.

This only demonstrates the sheer amount of land that can still be developed north of downtown.

It’s all about Wynwood now.. in five years it will be the next Harlem in terms of art. It’s also a live, work, and play experience more than an arts District in a few years time. With more offices on the way, there will be more good paying or high paying jobs.

If work begins in 2021 it would be done in 2023 or 2024

It feels so Meat Packing District NYC 2000-2005. The new developments are giving it a 2008 feel.

Ugly balcony and window placement and a lipstick on a pig job to cover a blank façade design flaw? Is “CFE is the architect” or just the architect of record, or is it really Arquitectonica?

The drawing set is crap compared to ARQ sets, this is def not their work.

Let wynwood alone. Don’t transform this unique neighborhood in another sterile midtown.

Tell that to the existing realestate owners in Wynwood who can sell anytime they want to
