The river has been blatantly underutilized for decades and this development is a step in the right direction to make the city more connected and vibrant looks amazing!!

I saw published in June 2015 Miami Today Newspaper that a British pub The Duck and Waffle, with a NY parent company, was to be included in this River Landing. No mention of it…hope it still happens!

Wrong project. Why would Duck and Waffle want to be near a Ross and TJ Maxx?

Duck and Waffle is in the riverside development at 40 SW N River Drive. That project was halted after it topped off because their riverwalk was significantly narrower than required.

August 29, 2018 Aha. I figured Duck and Waffle must have been halted. Last time NY developers Sambra Brands contacted my office on this was June 2015. Thanks for update, whoever you are. I am the publisher of britishfloridadotcom

My favorite part of this project is the graciously sized bay walk. Well done.

I love this development! This is the perfect Project for this location. Miami should have +100 like this one 🙂

Chik-fil-a , that’s all that matters.

This project looks amazing and the river walk is wonderful. Surely, the area will be transformed. The views of downtown from the top floors will be breathless

This project will help revitalize the area. Many people work in the area, yet there is very little to choose from when it comes to retail. Finally a place for gathering other than work.

is there a chick-fil-a still coming to this location?

Yes a Chick-Fil-A is confirmed for the project

.. and a huge parking garage!

You don’t have to park in it, just find somewhere to park on a surface street and walk to this place.

That’s not exactly an easy feat… parking around that area is very difficult, many people have to pay for parking to go to work every day at local hospitals and the courthouse. This place definitely needs tons of parking.

That’s my comment above yours, I’m confused, were you complaining about the parking garage or just pointing it out?

Looking at the renderings compared to the older ones, the design has improved quite a lot. Well done!
