Sales Center For 60-Story Auberge Residences In The Works

Related Group is building out a sales center for Auberge Residences & Spa at 1400 Biscayne.

Over the past several days, workers have been seen at the site installing decorative framing on the exterior of the building, while building out interior office space.

Auberge is planned to become a 60-story, Arquitectonica-designed condo tower with luxury features such as private elevators. Sales at Auberge are expected to launch in the third quarter.

Related recently passed the 60% sales mark at the luxury Gran Paraiso tower. Reservations for that project began about a month ago.

Well, the question isn’t sticking with the subject either.

It’s relevant. Same developer. Auberge and One Brickell are their two next big projects. Supposedly construction on the project was to begin in 2015…

Nice! Related knows how to design and sell buildings that are attractive to buyers at reasonable prices (unlike some other greedy developers out of touch with reality). Keep it up guys!

great…you quoted Carlos Rosso saying that they will launch once Gran Paraiso was well underway, seems that is exactly what thwy are planning on doing.

Probably will start sales in the 3rd quarter. Great timing with Miami World Center underway and closer to Art Basel!!

Good looking sales center particularly at night!!

The buildings may be attractive to buyers and the density is good for the city but the designs are pure formula with typically the entire western facade blank. They also exclusively use ugly cheap painted concrete block and stucco which is why all their buildings look cheap with black mildew stains after a few years and have to be repainted at great expense. This is the material you build backyard storage sheds out of, not great buildings.

So you don’t agree with the first commenter when he wrote “Related knows how to design and sell buildings that are attractive to buyers at reasonable prices (unlike some other greedy developers out of touch with reality)?”
