Sales To Begin Soon For Paramount, Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower

Sales could begin soon for residential units at the Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower, which is being branded Paramount Miami.

Broker One World Properties announced the project on their Facebook page earlier this month, and began accepting VIP registrations. One World is also handling sales at Paramount Fort Lauderdale, which is being developed by Daniel Kodsi of Royal Palm Communities along with Worldcenter’s Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani.

Kodsi built Paramount Bay in Miami and had plans to build Paramount Park at 700 Biscayne Boulevard. That lot was later bought by Chateau Group.

The Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower will include 466 residential units in a 749-foot tower.
