Related Unveils 44-Story Paraiso Bayviews, Making It A Four-Tower Megaproject

Sales are now underway for Paraiso Bayviews, the fourth and newest tower at the Paraiso Bay megaproject.

Related Group is teaming up with interior designer Karim Rashid and Arquitectonica on the latest tower. Rashid and Arquitectonica also collaborated with Related at the successful (and sold out) myBrickell.

Paraiso Bayviews will include 396-units in a 44-story tower.  Prices will range from the $300s to the $800s

The Paraiso Bay compound will include 1,362-unit, spread over four towers:

  • Paraiso Bay I – 345 units
  • Paraiso Bay II – 345 units
  • One Paraiso – 276 units
  • Paraiso Bayviews – 396 units

Construction on Paraiso Bayviews and One Paraiso are expected to begin in November, while the first two Paraiso Bay towers will start work this summer.

Good god…. This development just gets worse and worse… How many towers with herpes like bubbles do we need? Can arquitectonica not think of anything else or does every single tower in the development have to have bubble balconies???

That is a horrible money shot rendering. The trees are 8 stories tall. These towers will dwarf the nearby buildings.

Edgewater is going to become friendly once this project finishes. The area is full of weirdos. Can’t wait for the neighborhood to get better.
Also whoever is complaining about the design should walk around the ugly ass housing and buildings in Edgewater. But I think they already have and love old decaying run down pieces of shit buildings housing weirdos. Can’t wait for the new neighborhood.

The three towers set back from the bay are one thing, but One Paraiso is smack on the water, and will even block sunlight from surrounding buildings, not to mention any kind of view! I guess Jorge Perez could give a rat’s patootie about harmonious blending with the other neighbors in the area (as evidenced by the party he allowed last night on the empty lot complete with loud speakers, which ended at 2:30 in the morning! AARRGGHH!!!) Whatever, with four 55 story towers, not to mention the other building going on in Edgewater, Biscayne Blvd. is going to be even more of a parking lot than it is now. Does anyone think of these things??? Obviously, not the city of Miami.

I hear the distinct sound of air being pumped into a bubble.

welcome to high density…edgewater will become the new Brickell…natural expansion to connect to the design District.
hope the city gets their act together and work on creating a Highline type public walkway on the water connecting Downtown to the Design District

Folks, take a hard look at the next set of buildings responsible for Miami’s future real estate collapse.

It’s like ICON Brickell mixed with the dishonest manipulation promise/tactic of public space (like One Miami) set on the white scams beach of Biscayne Bay in “East” Edgewater.
