  • DLR Group Inc. (architect)

Very nice, my favorite of the three. It’s beautiful but it won’t be picked because the county favor mediocrity…

Also concrete stairs instead of modern escalators. Again the city and county low balling everything, while other cities are spending lavishly on the very best of everything.

Wow, a new condo right by the courthouse. Take the time needed to get this right. Re-open the bidding process to get a courthouse we can all be proud of.

This is the best looking exterior design but too bad All Aboard Florida Brightline Virgin trains FEC will be changing the road layout right there…might as well not have a road in front at all

I’m not a fan of the bulging windows and the lower part looks as much as a jail as Gimenez’s Plenary garbage.

The ground floor design is light years above the other designs.

This is by far the best on the skyline, but it’s a bunker at street level. The third-ranked proposal is much better at street level. Combine the best of Proposals 2 and 3 and you’ve got a good courthouse.
