Seritage Utilities Deal Reveals Specs Of Sears Replacement At Aventura Mall
Sears at Aventura Mall is being demolished and replaced with a larger retail and restaurant complex.
According to a utilities deal finalized this month, the project will include:
- 44,120 square feet of full service restaurant
- 172,009 square feet of retail
It replaces 191,809 square feet of retail that was a Sears store.
The Sears store is scheduled to close in July, according to several reports.
