Simkins Expands Worldcenter-Area Holdings With $54 Million Buy Of Greyhound Facility

The Greyhound Maintenance Center in Park West has been sold to companies controlled by Michael Simkins. The transaction was first reported by TRD.

In total, Simkins acquired about 4.8 acres from Greyhound for about $54 million.

The Greyhound property is located just east of the All Aboard Florida rail tracks, and across the street from the E11even cabaret.

Simkins has been actively acquiring property in the area, including the former Grand Promenade land acquired from the CRA.
