September 22 was a big day for the condo sales team at Brickell City Centre, property records show.
On that day, a single buyer and his agent closed on the purchase of 13 separate condos at Brickell City Centre’s Rise condo tower, which just opened a few weeks ago.
On the 28th floor, the buyer purchased every unit on the floor except for the 01 and 07 line. The 10 condo units purchased on the 28th floor were: 2802, 2803, 2804, 2805, 2806, 2808, 2809, 2810, 2810, and 2811 (there are 12 units on each floor).
The buyer and his agent purchased three other units on other floors that are in the 01 and 07 lines. They include 2301, 2307, and 2607.
Han Lin, a New York real estate agent who represents the buyer, brought on Florida agents Marc Hameroff and Samuel Sayegh, who negotiated and executed the transactions. Lin purchased one of the units for himself, bringing the total number of condos sold to 13.
Lin told TNM that his client wanted to buy the entire 28th floor, but two of the units had already been sold to another buyer.
