Site Work For Mixed-Use River Landing To Begin Next Month

Site work on the River Landing Shops and Residences will begin in February, with foundation work to start in April, according to an announcement from developer Andrew Hellinger.

Demolition of the Mahi River Shrine that was located on the site is already complete, and the property has been cleared.

The $300 million mixed-use project will include 426,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with 2,200 parking spaces.

Along with the retail will be two residential towers with 475 rental apartments, with design by David Bromstad. Amenities for residents will include an entertainment clubhouse and ‘olympic-style’ swimming pool.
