Another site work permit has just been approved at a Brickell development site where three towers are planned.
The three towers will include an 80-story Cipriani Residences condo building, along with two apartment towers rising 50 and 60 stories.
The site work permit approved this morning (June 21) is for the western apartment parcel. It has not yet been issued and is awaiting payment.
A separate permit for vertical construction of 856 apartment units is still under review.
Yesterday (June 20), a site work permit for the Cipriani side was issued. That permit had been approved on June 14.
Moss & Associates is the contractor attached to both site work permits.
The 80-story Cipriani Residences tower is planned at a height of 940 feet above ground, or 950 feet feet above sea level.
The rental apartment towers are planned at 50 and 60 stories with a maximum height of 693 feet above ground, or 710 feet above sea level.
The combined three towers are planned to have around 1,300 condo and apartment units
