Construction activity has now begun at the site of yet another major Wynwood project.
The Wynhouse is planned to include 308 residential units, 24,114 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 107 parking spaces, along with a public paseo.
Photos from the site last week by Ryan RC Rea shows site work activity now underway.
Records show that a site work permit has been issued by Miami’s Building Department to contractor Suffolk Construction, allowing excavation/piles/site and soil improvement.
Another permit is in review by Miami’s Building Department for vertical construction. It also lists Suffolk as the contractor.
Nichols is the architect, with interior design by Rockwell.
An affiliate of Fisher Brothers is the developer.
