Multiple new permit filings have been submitted for the Edgewater property where the 40-story Cove Miami tower is planned.
On January 8, a phased full vertical permit application was submitted to Miami’s Building Department.
On December 30, a site work permit was applied for.
Both permits list Kaufman Lynn Construction as the contractor.
A master construction permit was applied for in 2022.
In October, a press release said that conversion of reservation to contracts for the planned 134 condo units had begun, with construction planned to commence in Q1 2025.
The team has already completed pre-development work, including demolition and the construction of a new seawall.
SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group are the developers.
