Brickell Heights Now 100% Sold Out, Closings Soon

All of the developer units at Brickell Heights have now been sold.

Related Group president Carlos Rosso told The Next Miami that the last unit was sold last week. Closings will start soon, he said.

The project includes 690 condominium units in two towers.

Brickell Heights also includes a 30,000 square foot Equinox gym which Rosso said is “looking amazing.”

Are there still rumors of a Chipotle going in here?

Anonymous

Panera would be better!

Anonymous

chipolte for me!!!

Anonymous

Will it be Chipotle, Capital One Cafe, Equinox, and Houston’s as the retail components of Brickell Heights?

Anonymous

Chipotle may have pulled out

Anonymous

Yard House would be a great fit for the space. Leave Chipotle and Panera to Mary Brickell Village across the street. Houston’s is lame, but their upscale “Hillstone” brand would be appropriate.

chipotel is junk food for trash people. this is a white collar neighborhood!

suomynona

Well no crap. You’re eating at the cheap knockoff version of Chipotle. Stop eating “chipotel”.

but this is America, there are tons of trash people who eat junk food everywhere, even in white collar neighborhoods

Moe’s > Chipotle

suomynona

They new to get rid of that eye sore mini Mall specially the BK restaurant that to me is an enigma how the health department hasn’t it closed yet!
But….
Then the owners of the east tower will Loose their north views like in the west tower
Which I wonder if the people that are closing in the units now, knew when they signed the initial contract 2 years ago

No, we didn’t know when we bought our units. Hopefully city Of Miami won’t allow to stick yet another tower on that congested corner of S Miami ave and 8th street, block the sun, hide gorgeous mural on Brickell heights and create enormous traffic.

The twin towers are beautiful and yes I agree Burger King needs to go. The plans are for a tower to be built there which means the proximity between them will be closer than that of 1000 Museum and 10 Museum Park. That is why my agents are required to give our clients full disclosure. If you are buying in these towers your decision cannot be based on the present view.

OYPY

Brickell Heights is sold out. Do you mean clients who will buy re-sell? Is it possible that new tower, although approved by FAA, won’t be built? A little park to replace Burger King strip seems like such a great option. But not yet another tower….

I’m curious to hear about the inventory remaining at Rise and Flatiron, as these are the only two buildings in Brickell with a significant amount of units being sold. Any information on this TNM?

wait

When wil Equinox open?

wait

will* sorry. caffeine…

Congratulations to the Brickell Heights Sales Team for Selling out the entire building!!

lol i was wondering why it said SLS brickell when it was brickell heights, i guess the correction was just made

Anonymous

These have been announced since forever ago. If you think about it, it’s been quite a long time to completely sell these out. I think the next set of buildings slightly behind BH may have some issues selling.

They launch the project december 2013 and release sales 2014. To build and sell out twin towers and 690 units in 3 years is quite Impressive. There are other project that just finished and still have units unsold or that started sales before and have not finished the building either.
Great Job Brickell Heights !

Anybody know when a C.O. is expected?

Anonymous

Such a Mickey Mouse design by none other than “Related Group”.

Nice blank wall there

Anonymous

that will be covered by whatever goes up in the BK lot, no use in making aesthetically pleasing… all in all, a beautiful development i have to give arquitectonica its due here.

Anonymous

You are absolutely right!!

marc

There’s nothing rising on the BK lot anytime soon. Soo…

The same pattern will wrap around the building so it will be painted.

Please let the inevitable replacement for Burger King be as beautiful as this development, and remove the the terrible mural as construction starts. Solitair Brickell has been a disappointment.

OYPY

There should be a park with fountain instead of Burger King
