Soil Testing Underway At Abbhi Capital Miami Worldcenter Site, Rendering Released

Soil testing appears to be underway at the Abbhi Capital site at Miami Worldcenter, according to a photo by Ryan RC Rea.

A rendering showing a development on the property has also appeared on the Abbhi website.

According to the Abbhi website, the project is now in the pre-development and entitlements phase.

Abbhi has spent a total of $44 million on 2.2 acres at Miami Worldcenter, with the rights to build up to 2 million square feet. Two adjacent sites were purchased by Abbhi in 2020 and 2021.

Next door, the property that formerly housed the Paramount Miami Worldcenter sales center was purchased by New York developer Naftali Group, with plans for supertall towers on that site.

What do you think the Knight Center redevelopment is for?

A new convention center facility should be placed near Grand Central Brightline Station, on its East side

I’m pretty sure this is a placeholder rendering, I might be wrong. When I posted the rendering under Ryan’s tweet it was just to show what the general tower might look like.

Pretty meh, considering the height, but if they’re going to be boxes, this would probably be the best we could see. Shame when Paramount ended up being the… paramount of the architecture for the whole development rather than the start, with exception to Legacy of course.

There’s going to be 14 towers in this development. Plenty left to be unveiled.

sorry, i am a bit confused. Whats that tower behind? Does anybody if they are going to build another tower on the soccer field next to Paramount?

next to paramount will go another parking garage with retail at the base, much like the one Paramount sits on. On top of that will be the soccer field and dog park, and a tower to the northern most part

Miami is becoming less green, and less appealing, by the minute.

Adding more green space to Miami World Center is essential for it to maintain its value.

The site has been fenced away gravel and mud for years…I’m not disputing that Miami would benefit greatly from a big park with actual shade trees and stuff for every day locals…but I’m also not going to be delusional and act as if a vacant abandoned construction site is better for the area than buildings that are actually in use

Look, the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science along with the Perez Art Museum are in the Maurice A Ferre (or Musem) Park, the FTX arena and Bayside Market Place, and Bayfront Park are all within a short walking distance that’s basically right across the street!

Geez, what more do you want?!

Yeah but what is it going to be? Is it going to be an apartment? Is it going to be a hotel? Is it going to be a condo? Or is it going to be an office tower? What is it going to be? We have to know these things before these articles can be released

Mmmm
