Two residential rental towers at SoleMia in North Miami are expected to break ground at the beginning of 2017, according to the Herald.
Site work at the project began last year, and the spine road has been completed.
Each tower will include 200 units.
The project, which is being built on a former superfund site, also includes a massive shopping center and two lagoons that will be among the largest swimming pools in the world.
A partnership between Jeffrey Soffer, Jackie Soffer and Richard LeFrak controls the 55 acres of land.
