‘Spectacular’ 300 Biscayne Sales Center To Open 1Q 2017

PMG is about to begin construction on a high-tech “experience center” for 300 Biscayne, now that the site has been cleared.

Principal Ryan Shear said that “If I told you the details it would ruin all the fun, but I promise it will be an unforgettable experience.”

“Miami has an abundance of impressive sales centers, making it increasingly difficult to create something unique. So we decided to do something different,” he said. “We hired a group who works with progressive companies like Apple and Disney on the design experience and tech side, put them in a room with world-renowned designers and architects and directed them to create something new.”

The 20,000 square foot sales center will include visual and tactile features that are specifically designed to distinguish 300 Biscayne from any other luxury development of its kind. It will also boast a pop-up restaurant serving the meals of a famed New York City-based chef and restaurateur.

Construction on the sales center is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2017.

300 Biscayne will include about 500 condo units in a 1,049-foot tower – the tallest in Miami. In addition to height, it promises to alter Miami’s skyline with a starchitect design that is radically different from other condo projects in the area.

The developer says that they are keeping renderings of the project under close guard for now, even within the company.

We use VR head sets at my arch office everyday. It’s a great way to view renderings and understand what the space/scale/architecture is truly like.

Great news, can’t wait for this project to go up,a1000 feet into the sky…wow.
Crossed the Brickell bridge today, noticed some improvements on the bridge, good to know city commisioners read our comments and doing something to make our city beautiful .Brickell Avenue is still total disaster, especially landscape, two landscape workers were hiding in the bushes and eating lunch, while you can see garbage everywhere. Miami deserve better than this, wake up people,go out, walk down the street, see what is going on….!!!

Also right behind 300 Biscayne PMG has broken ground on their rental tower ” Vice “. Heavy equipment is on site and the pavement has been removed.

I doubt a building so tall will have an innovative design. But its always nice to have a tall structure added to the skyline.

These guys are going to miss this RE cycle doubt they will be able to sell so many units at the end of an RE cycle.

Actually, the momentum is building up. Downtown will be more vibrant in 2 years…
Besides, we still have new markets coming on-board with high interest in Miami

well see I guess. I think they are a bit late to the party. Being that they haven even begun sales and have to compete with all the other towers coming up in mid-town and Paramount. To much supply in my opinion.

This project is obviously not part of this last cycle which is already over. On the contrary, it will be the first of the next cycle when construction costs are lower than today’s costs. That is at least what i get if the first tool for selling will be ready in 2017; then a year to cell, they start in 2018 and close in 2020.
