The Bradley Nears Completion In Wynwood & Will Soon Add Hundreds More Residents To The Neighborhood

Get ready for several hundred more residents to move to Wynwood.

The Bradley, an apartment building with 175 units, is nearing completion, new photos show.

The facade of the building  is being covered with art murals to match the rest of the neighborhood.

At the ground floor, 32,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space is being built. A parking garage with 233 spaces has also been completed.

Prices will start in the $1400s, and most units will price below $2,000 in rent per month. Apartment sizes will range from 480 to 1,000 square feet, and residents will have access to a high level of amenities.

Arquitectonica is the architect, with interiors by Kravitz Design (founded by Lenny Kravitz).

Related Group and Block Capital are the developers.

The ground floor and massively exposed loading dock are so Miami. Embarrassing. A mural or two can’t hide bad design.

Massively exposed loading dock? I’m not sure, but i believe the loading is hidden within the garage entry. There’s a paseo on the west that one photo above shows clearly, that’s not loading.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

because Miami is the only city with exposed docks? Lighten up. Not everything has to meet your standards of appealing. It’s a great looking building.

Construction in this building is actually above average. But the size of the units and bedrooms is insane.. A queen bed will barely fit..

Because they are more concerned in providing room for cars

The parking is not massive.. It only has two levels of parking, one of which is below grade

Fox News alternative facts anyone?
Where should I start?
1-California is the fifth-largest economy on the planet and it is responsible for almost 3/4 of the new non-farm jobs created in the entire country last month.
2- The Minimum wage in California $12.00 / hr while in Florida is $8.25 (the Third Lowest in the Country)
3-Florida is ranked the third most dangerous state in the Country.
4- California houses 53 of the Fortune 500 Companies HQs, including Apple and Florida hosts Pollo Tropical.
Should I continue?

Commiefornia just lost McKesson to Texas, people can’t even afford a closet in San Francisco when the government forces inclusionary zoning and rent control, and Los Angeles is a traffic nightmare and wonderful place to get mugged by an illegal and homeless on the same block.

Imagine being so pathetic that the only thing you think about when you hear about a new building is more voters for your party. The funny thing is that you’re supporting gentrification for more “Young potential progressive voters ” (rich white liberals) to come into the area and tell us locals what we should believe in.

Anonymous

Yes, I’m happy that Miami urban core is growing fast so we can exponentially outnumber the retrograde retired zero taxpayers baby boomers in central Florida and SW Miami ultra-conservatives who trade their vote for a cafecito at Versalles.
It is very funny that in your desperation you are calling young professionals white rich, when most of the new residents in that area are mostly local young professionals from Hispanic descent.

White Christians and Cubans built Miami. Let’s see how long it lasts until it becomes an uninhabitable left-wing hellhole.

Anonymous

But you can’t do a thing with Cuba?

Anonymous

I’m a proud Cuba from Miami and I call BS. Jews, African Americans, Colombians, Brazilians, Puerto Ricans, what you’d probably call socialist Europeans, and an endless list of others came together alongside Anglo Christians and Cubans to build this spectacular place.
