The Estates At Acqualina Tops Off As The Tallest Ever Built In Sunny Isles At 52 Stories, 672 Feet

Sunny Isles just got its tallest buildings ever, with the second and final tower at the Estates At Acqualina now topped off.

The newly topped off tower is known as the Boutique Tower, or the North Tower. It topped off at a height of 52 stories, or 672 feet, according to developer Trump Group.

At a topping-out ceremony on May 7, the building’s final beam was inscribed with signatures and messages. It was then hoisted to the top of the building with an American Flag and a palm tree.

Sales at The Estates have been extremely strong this year. Trump has closed a total of 46 deals at the project in 2021 alone, totaling $375 million, they said.

Construction on the project began in May 2018.

The South Tower is on track for completion in the 4th quarter of 2021 and the Boutique North Tower in the 1st quarter of 2022.

The Estates at Acqualina will include 248 condos in two towers. An amenities area known as Villa Acqualina will have 45,000 square feet of space, including the New York-based Avra restaurant, a spa and fitness center, and Circus Maximus, an entire floor of amenities including an ice skating rink, bowling lanes, a golf simulator, a Formula One simulator, and a movie theater.

Saw a few comments that made me feel like I had to say this.
The developer of this building is not Donald Trump. It is a different developer whose last name also happens to be Trump.

He lives in their heads rent free and they have no other life than to think of him .

Well, what do your expect?.. he caused a big insurrection when he told his followers to take back their country which caused them to storm the Capital Building in Washington DC and the whole world saw it and you think we should, like you, just forget about what that nut case did?.. lol…

The world didn’t forget the mass riots last summer, which Krazy “dey not gunna stop”
Kamala enabled and supported jail bailouts. Biden slept in his basement.

Trump specifically said “peacefully,” and denounced the bad actors right as it happened, which Twitter censored and claimed the opposite. Meanwhile, the media didn’t even cover the rally or his speech beforehand.

Stop your conspiracy bs.

He/she is futilely trying to make some kind of comparison. But calling your party the “Law & Order Party” and then killing plus injuring cops while storming the Capitol Building in Washington DC shows sign of a psychopathic mind.

What cops were killed by the capitol rioters?…..name them…..and I know you don’t mean the one that died later of natural causes as ruled by the coroner.

Ridiculous to think another developer named trump, not related to that family would be allowed to use that name. He would have sued the s*** out of him immediately.

Anonymous

What “new administration” are you talking about?

Restaurants inside condo buildings often operate at a loss and are supported by resident HOA fees. Retail is a hard sell especially these days.

How is the traffic on Collins in that area? Can residents of those condos easily get to restaurants without heavy traffic? I personally wouldn’t want to be driving home from dinner with half a bottle of wine in me.

If you have a drinking problem, that’s personal.

More to housing choices than being able to walk home drunk. This isn’t a frat house at Party U.

Same with the towers in Edgewater, expect they’re butt ugly.

I think they did that on purpose. Sunny isles is like a suburban neighborhood but in the sky. They are heavily reliant on cars and are a bit more private.

Someone finally says it. Thank you.

The message on the beam reads “HELP! I have acrophobia!”
