The Gateway At Wynwood Is Now Under Construction, Completion In 2021

Construction is underway at the Gateway At Wynwood.

A groundbreaking ceremony took place last week for the 12-story tower at 2916 N. Miami Ave. Completion is scheduled for the second half of 2021

Rose & Berg Realty Group LP secured a $76 million construction loan from 3650 REIT

The project has also been issued a construction permit from Miami’s Building Department, city records show. Plaza Construction is the contractor.

Gateway at Wynwood will include about 195,000 square feet of leasable office space, 25,900 square feet of ground floor retail space, and a rooftop terrace. There will also be 574 parking spaces.

Kobi Karp is the architect.

Nice.. a lot of residential is also in the works for Wynwood.

Anonymous

yes bulldoze all the cool places to build residential – then all those residents have no where cool to go – instead they live in a gross hood

Anonymous

So you’re saying you would rather not see more people that these new residential buildings can bring to go to the real cool places in the area close down because of it?

Anonymous

I live across the street and was creeping on the groundbreaking.
