Another Miami-area condo project has been completed.
The Harbour, a twin tower 32-story project in North Miami Beach, obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for their 213-unit south tower. Closings are set to begin next month.
The “eco-serene,” waterfront condo in North Miami Beach project is currently 98 percent sold, with only eight units remaining. In total, 425 units are being built between the two towers.
Construction took 28 months. A TCO is expected for the north tower within weeks.
13th Floor Investments and Key International, which completed 1010 Brickell last year, are the developers. Corwil is the architect.
