The sales center for Downtown Miami’s 98-story Waldorf Astoria supertower has had its lights turned on.
The developers have not announced an opening date for the sales center.
According to a construction permit, the cost of construction for the sales center is estimated at $1.075 million. It will have a total of 6,144 square feet of space.
It will be located at 400 Biscayne, a block north of where the actual Waldorf construction site is at 300 Biscayne.
John Moriarty is the contractor for the sales center.
The Waldorf Astoria has been approved to rise 1,041 feet above ground, or 1,049 feet above sea level. That is almost 200 feet higher than any other building in Miami.
PMG, S2 Development, and Greybrook Realty Partners are the developers.
Sieger Suarez is the architect.
