The Standard Residences Now 60% Reserved & Going To Contract: New Renderings

The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami is seeing strong interest from buyers and is about to begin converting to contracts, according to the developer of the project.

New interior renderings were also released by Rosso Development.

Nearly 60% of units at The Standard have already been reserved, according to developer Carlos Rosso. Reservations just got underway on December 1.

The successful sales is effort is a testament to the power of the Standard brand, the design of Arquitectonica and the interior design of Urban Robot, Rosso said.

Conversion of reservations into contracts will begin within 45 days, Rosso added. A sales center is now nearly complete and will open around the same time as contracts begin.

Construction on the 12-story building is expected to begin in the third quarter of this year, with completion in around 18 months.

The Standard has the face of Winwood, young, handsome, informal, unpretentious, a little anarchic with its logo inverted from top to bottom. I think that explains the success of the reservations. Congratulations.

Who IS sure what the building will come out like before construction has begun? You’re in such a rush to be flippant you tripped up yourself.

I agree. The “brand” was established about 20 years ago in LA by Andre Balasz and now its just a withered down Gen Z version of itself. All things change and this brand is tired.

Ummm….so 60% reserved in 14 minutes adds little credence to your thesis.

Anyone who thinks ‘renderings’ are worth anything in a preconstruction condo…..you are nuts. What they promise, 75% of it gets built and the rest of the residents are holding the bag. You are lucky to even receive the sq. ft. they claim you are getting.

Yeah Jon B….
This perfectly explains every developer commissions renderings and 10’s of thousands of units are sold with them.

LOL, crediting the design of Arquitectonica like it’s a world-renowned starchitectural firm? To be fair, this isn’t bad for them, I suppose.

Arquitectonica is your typical person who wants to be cool but is not.
