At the entrance to Wynwood, Thor Equities is about to begin site work at Wynwood Walk, on the former Lehman Pipe property.
City records show a construction permit was issued in September to remodel 9,088 square feet of space, at a cost of $194,044.00.
A second permit was filed for in June, including remodeling 32,902 square feet and adding 19,613 square feet at a combined cost of $6,311,202.00. That permit was denied.
The developer says they have obtained construction financing from Bank of the Ozarks for an undisclosed amount, according to The Real Deal.
