Meanwhile, the historic core around Flagler Street continues to decay because of two certain landlords (/\/\ana and MDC).

I was at the Miami Dade College Innovation Lab a couple weeks ago when they were hosting the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Initiative. That facility is nothing short of amazing.
The Blackstone idea labs, Miami Animation Gaming International Complex, Miami Fashion Institute, Tradestation trading labs, AI labs, Cybersecurity labs, all of it, with easy access for everyone.
.
Young adults can go straight to MDC from High School, get a useful Certificate in a year for about $5,000 and be employed for $75,000 in no time.

MDC properties are some of the best properties in our community

if it does, it will also be the city code department fault for not making them keep the buildings up to standards.

You actually know who he is? I’ve never heard of him and not curious enough to google him.

Yes, by boss used to get wrapped up in his bullshit. Tony hosts these cultish 4-day seminars where people absolutely lap up his motivational talks–the tickets cost an absurd amount of money.

& of course Francis Suarez is a huge fan & gave him the Key to the City when he hosted at the American Airlines Arena for a weekend in 2019…

I just checked & he’s doing them online these days–you can attend (log in to?) the next one for only $395!

Nice. If you level up to an Executive Coaching retreat, the fee is over $10,000 for a weekend.

He also owns an 11,000 sq ft ocean front home in Manalapan, FL that he bought in 2013 for $24.75 million

Funny…
The bosses in the world seem to like him, the mids think that $395 is a lot of money.

You deserve an award for being ignorant and not mustering enough intellectual curiousity to learn.

That is the extent of your knowledge?

The news is that Tony Robbins and his business partner have provided so much value to the world that they can afford to buy two Penthouses at the top of the Waldorf Astoria AND open an office for business.

Please TNM, the headline should be “purchased a penthouse” of which there are many, not “penthouse” as in the $30M one

Well to be fair, while Rahmbo “Dead Fish” Emmanuel was a b*****d, at least he got stuff done. Fort a while, countless HQs were flocking to The Loop. Too bad it took a literal fish-face to ruin everything.

This is literally daily on Miami Beach, how is this post worthy?

No.
There is not a single PH over 1,000 ft tall in Miami Beach. Never has been, probably never will be.
The tallest is 519 sq ft now, and there are less than 3 others over 500ft.

There have been plenty of less newsworthy posts on TNM.
