Three bidders have submitted offers in response to an RFP from the Miami Dade School Board for land at 1370 Northeast 2nd Avenue.
Related Group is proposing to pay $15 million in cash for the property, which is about an acre (the full offer is below).
Facilities Development Services Group is proposing to build a 16-story project that will serve as a new administrative building for the School Board, along with hundreds of parking spaces.
A proposal from Crescent Heights offers to construct and deed over 600 parking spaces to the school district. The developer owns an adjacent property, allowing a larger footprint for a residential project above.
(Last week, the School Board erroneously failed to provide The Next Miami with information about the Related Group and Facilities Development Services Group bids.)
Resorts World Miami also attended a pre-bid conference, but did not submit an offer.
