Aria Reserve has reached level 20 of construction, according to an update published by the developer.
The first glass has also been installed.
A foundation pour for the tower took place in late February – less than six months ago.
Permitting for a second tower is now underway, according to Miami Building Department records.
According to construction permit filings, the South Tower currently rising will have 383 condo units, while the planned North Tower will have 360 units.
The two towers will rise 62 stories, or 649 feet.
