A two-and-a-half-acre Flagler Street property with redevelopment potential is up for sale.
The owners of the property had submitted plans to the FAA last month for two towers on the site, rising to heights of 837-feet and 1,001-feet.
A conceptual plan for the site called Sky Plaza calls for a 2.4 million square foot project, with a four-level retail podium. 600 residential units are included in the towers.
Bids are due by April 22.
