Utilities Deal Completed For 800 Residential Units At Metrorail Station

A developer completed a deal with Miami Dade’s Water & Sewer Department to service a large new  residential complex planned at the Earlington Heights Metrorail station.

The developer is Developer Earlington Metro, LLC.

According to the agreement, a total of 856 new apartments will be built, along with 36,724 square feet of retail.

The development has been in Administrative Site Plan Review by Miami Dade since June 2024.

On April 1, revised plans and renderings were submitted to the county. It is the fourth revision since site plan review began (development typically go through multiple revisions during the approval process).

The latest plans call for two 15-story towers, with 38 parking spaces.

Arquitectonica is the architect.

Nice development for a vastly underused station next to a forgotten county facility that’s an underused park and ride at best.
