Blvd 57 LP has signed a deal with Miami-Dade to supply water and sewer utilities to the Paseo Miami site at 5700 Biscayne Boulevard.
According to the newly signed agreement, the following is being built:
35,855 square feet of full service restaurant
13,485 square feet of retail
The eight story building will also include a 517 space parking garage.
13th Floor Investments controls Blvd 57. The developer bought the Paseo property last year with the intention to develop apartments, after several previous condo proposals failed (in part due to opposition by neighbors).
The project has already been reviewed by Miami’s UDRB.
